The proprietary Deep Coil Cleaning Program produces on average a 300% return on investment. This savings is gained by increasing the heat transfer efficiency between recirculated air and chilled water in the tubes. Additionally, the volume of air (velocity) will drastically increase by reducing the back-pressure on the coil. The heat transfer gain we typically demonstrate is between 2–5 degrees of transfer gained. With both the improved heat transfer and increased air velocity we typically see an overall energy efficiency improvement and savings of 6–20%.
The application of the Microbiocide will prevent bacteria, mold, and mildew from growing on the coils, reducing the fouling potential of the coils (especially during the monsoon season) – maintaining energy efficiency much longer than conventional cleaning methods. During subsequent cleanings, after the Microbiocide application, we typically see less time and chemicals needed to complete the cleaning process, reducing overall price of the job.
